对北京市党政机构及企事业单位职工就业状况的调查显示,过度教育显著受到个人能力、学历和教育质量及所学专业的影响,而且在不同行业、企业的分布存在显著差异;较多发生过度教育的职工对现在工作不满意,且工作转换频率较高;过度教育并非短期现象。
Based on the data analysis, the paper finds that there exists the problem of over-education in Beijing city; the over-education is significantly affected by individual ability, qualifications, the quality of education, and the specialty they have learned. Moreover, the incidence of over-education is significantly different in different industries and enterprises; the over-educated workers are dissatisfied with the current job and change their job in higher rates and over-education is not a short-term phenomenon.
