基于祁东煤矿东翼一水平三采区6137中厚偏薄煤层首采工作面开采条件,采用KBJ-60Ⅲ-1矿用数字压力计、KBJ-60Ⅲ-2矿用压力数据采集器连续记录了液压支架的工作阻力、超前支承压力及两巷断面收缩量,分析了工作面液压支架支护阻力的循环变化规律及工作面沿倾斜方向上的压力分布特征,研究了支护参数、顶板管理及支架的适应性,掌握了工作面上覆岩层运动规律及其矿压显现规律,为今后井下类似条件下开采、巷道布置与支护设计提供了科学、可靠的依据。
The 6137 working face is the first coal mining face of the first level third mining area in Qidong Coal Mine.The coal seam of 6137 working face is medium thick and thin coal seam.During the mineral pressure observation,the KBJ-60Ⅲ-1 mine-used digital pressure gauge and KBJ-60Ⅲ-2 mine-used pressure data collector were adopted to take continuous observation of the resistance of the hydraulic support,also the lead abutment pressure and cross-section shrinkage of the two-roadway were observed.This paper obtained the motion law of the overlying strata of the working face and by analyzing the support parameters,roof management and suitability of the support,this paper summarized the mine strata pressure behavior law,which provides a reliable scientific basis for the underground mining,roadway layout and support design under the similar conditions in the future.
