在列车轴承故障诊断中,常因负载变化、转速波动等因素的影响,导致振动频谱频带发生整体迁移的情况,从而产生频谱混叠.针对这一问题,从频带变化类列车轴承故障的动力学特性出发,通过分析列车轴承故障冲击信号的特点和表现形式,结合动力学分析方法,对调频和调幅以及调幅调频混合故障的特点和动力学特性加以研究.分析了频带变化类列车轴承故障机理,并通过仿真信号,对所得出的故障信号模型进行了分析和验证.
The train's bearing fault vibration signal act as an overall spectrum band migration,due to load change,speed fluctuations and other factors.To solve this problem,the dynamic characteristics of the train bearing's vibration spetrum-varying fault was disgussed.The fault impact signal's manifestations and characteristics of the train's bearing was analyzed by dynamic analysis.Two types of the FM,AM and AM-FM faults signal's dynamics characteristics was analyzed.As a result the fault mechanism of train bearing's vibration spetrum-varying fault was proposed.Through the simulation signal,the models of train's bearing vibration spetrum-varying fault were analyzed and verified.
