鉴于列车轮对故障特征信息往往被淹没在背景噪声里,而一般频谱分析方法常因负载变化、转速波动而造成谱值模糊不准的缺点,提出了一种列车轮对故障在线诊断的特征谱分析方法,并根据列车轮对故障诊断的实际需要,研制了故障在线诊断特征谱分析系统.阐述了该方法的原理、信号采样、信号处理以及特征谱泄漏抑制等问题,实际运用结果表明该方法比普通的频谱分析技术更为准确地描述了故障信号的特征,是一种可靠而有效的故障诊断方法。
In view of the fact that the train wheelset fault characteristic information is often submerged in the background noise,the general spectral analysis method has its own deficiency because of the variation of load, the rotational speed undulation created the spectrum value fuzzy,a method of one train wheelset fault on-line diagnosis characteristic spectrum analysis was proposed and develops the on-line fault diagnosis characteristic spectrum analysis system, that according to the traction engine motor fault diagnosis actual need was developed. And the principle, signal sampling, signal processing as well as characteristic spectrum divulging suppression were elaborated. The result indicates this method is a reliable and the effective fault diagnosis method since it described the fault signal characteristic accurately compared with the general spectral analysis technology.
