将机车从总体上分为机械、电气与空气管路三大部分,阐述了机车实时安全状态监测及故障预警的主要内容,设计了基于TCN的铁路机车实时安全状态监测及故障预警系统,并给出其具体实现方案.系统由机车在线状态监测与故障预警主机、各车载设备运行状态监测装置组成.机车在线状态监测与故障预警主机通过MVB将内部各状态监测装置联结成为监测网络,利用现有WTB连接重联机车或车辆,构成一个完整的、基于TCN标准架构的机车实时安全状态监测及故障预警系统.
The locomotive is composed of three major pans as mechanical, electrical and air pipe system. Main contents are listed for the real-time safety status monitoring and failure early warning system, which is designed based on TCN. Detailed program for its realization is given. The system is composed of on-line status monitor, host unit of failure early warning along with running status monitor device for the on-board equipment. The on-line status monitor, the host unit of failure early warning and internal monitor devices are connected into monitor network through MVB, which is further connected via WTB with locomotives or vehicles in multiple connection. Thus the complete real-time safety status monitoring and failure early warning system is built based on TCN standard.
