从企业资源整合能力着手,在企业价值链的基础上构建隐藏于企业各项活动背后的企业动态能力体系,将动态能力体系之间的差异作为企业多元化战略决策的依据。从静态的企业能力的最优配置以改善企业现有能力的利用效率,以及动态的提高企业能力的积累水平,完善企业能力体系构成的角度来研究企业的动态能力形成机制,为企业的资源整合提供一种新的分析视角及方法。
This paper starts with the enterprise resource integration ability, and based on the enterprise value chain, it constructs the dynamic capability systems of enterprise hidden in various activities, with enterprise decision-making of diversified strategy due to the differences among dynamic capability systems. With the optimal allocation of enterprise capability to improve the efficiency of actual enterprise capability, and with the improvement in accumulation level of enterprise capability to improve the enterprise capability system, this paper studies the mechanism to form enterprise dynamic capability both statically and dynamically to improve enterprise capability system, which provides a new analytical perspective and method for enterprise resource integration.
