“人力资本的根本目的是要创新,不论是产品和服务的创新,还是商业运作流程的创新”。隐性人力资本是人力资本研究的新视角,是创新的源泉。本文对专业技术人力资本——高技能人才人的隐性人力资本进行了界定和分析.在分析SECI重要意义和缺陷基础上,提出高技能人才隐性人力资本转化需要学习机制和共享机制的支撑.构建了基于SECI的隐性人力资本转化机制模型。
"The human capital is fundamentally aimed at innovation, which doesn't only refer to the innovation in the products and service, but also in the operational flow of commerce" (Stewart, 1997). Implicit human capital is a new perspective on the research into human capital, which is also the source of innovation. This paper defines and analyses the implicit human capital of high-skilled talents. Based on the analysis of its significance and limitation, this paper puts forward the conclusion that the implicit human capital transformation for high-skilled talents needs the support of the study mechanism and the sharing mechanism, and it builds the model of implicit human capital transformation mechanism based on the SECI model.
