一种深水合成基钻井流体流变稳定剂的研发

在深水钻探作业中,由于海底温度较低,海底静液柱压力较大,浅层欠压实,深水表层孔隙压力和破裂压力的窗口较窄,常导致井漏和循环当量密度(ECD)不易控制.为解决上述问题,国外研制出一类新型的具有恒流变特性的合成基钻井液(CR-SBM).通过对国内外CR-SBM 性能的调研,研制了钻井液流变稳定剂,并确立了恒流变合成基钻井液的基本配方.利用深水钻井用低温高压可视化装置测试了体系在真实低温高压状态的流变性,构建的合成基体系具有低温恒流变特性.

英文摘要:

During the deepwater drilling and exploration operations, since the subsea temperature is relatively low, the subsea hy-drostatic lfuid column pressure is relatively high, the superifcial layer is under-compacted, and the window of pore pressure and fracture pressure of deepwater surface layer is relatively narrow, the well leakage occurs frequently and the equivalent circulating density (ECD) is not easily controlled. In order to solve the above mentioned problems, a new synthetic base drilling lfuid with constant rheological property (CR-SBM) has been researched and developed in the foreign countries. Via the investigation and survey on the CR-SBM per-formance at home and abroad, the rheological stabilizer of drilling lfuid has been researched and developed, and the basic formula of constant rheological synthetic base drilling lfuid has been established. The rheological property of system in the true low-temperature and high-pressure state is tested by the low-temperature and high-pressure visual device of deepwater drilling. According to the test results, the established synthetic base system has low-temperature constant rheological property.
