提出了一种基于CPLD控制的多路电流方向快速转换的新方法,解决了电磁悬浮式微驱动器的磁场同步跟随问题,实现了微动平台的同步跟随运动。设计了以CPLD为核心的快速电流方向变换同步跟随驱动电路,通过光耦隔离同步触发可控硅迭到导线通电模式转换的控制,达到了电流方向改变目的,实现了电磁场的同步跟随运动。用实验验证了电磁悬浮式微驱动器同步跟随驱动设计的可行性和实用性。
Based on CPLD, a new method of changing multi-current direction for an electromagnetic levitation micro-actuator is proposed. The motion followed plate's movement is available because the synchronous tracking magnetic field is employed in the micro-actuator. The fast directions changing circuit of current synchronously followed levitation movement is designed, which uses a CPLD chip as the core element. This circuit achieved the control of the mode changing of wires current by silicon-controlled rectifier which is separately triggered by a optical coupler, reaches the purpose of the current changing and realizes the motion of synchronous tracking magnetic field. The results of the experiment confirmed the feasibility and the usability of the micro-actuator's driving circuit.
