以拟南芥为材料,研究SO2熏气对植物蛋白质含量和电泳谱带特征的影响.结果表明,SO2熏气后,拟南芥总蛋白含量、可溶性蛋白含量增加,醇溶谷蛋白含量降低,3类蛋白的SDS-PAGE电泳谱带特征与含量变化趋势一致,两项指标均与SO2熏气浓度和时间有关,说明SO2熏气可导致拟南芥细胞蛋白质组成与含量改变.
Effect of SO2 on the contents and band characteristics of proteins was investigated in Arabidopsis thaliana. The result showed that SO2 fumigation changed the contents and band characteristics of total protein,soluble protein and prolamin in concentration-and time-dependent manners. Both parameters showed the same trend. The contents of total protein and prolamin decreased dose dependently,while the content of soluble proteins increased after SO2 fumigation. Our results indicated that SO2 can affect protein component in Arabidopsis thaliana cells.
