以蚕豆叶片下表皮为材料，研究SO2对蚕豆气孔保卫细胞的致死效应．研究发现，一定浓度的SO2衍生物（1～4mmol／L）处理3h能够诱发蚕豆气孔保卫细胞死亡，分别用PI和Schiff试剂染色后，均可观察到死细胞中典型的核凋亡特征，如核固缩、核降解和凋亡小体．研究结果表明，SO2处理能导致蚕豆气孔保卫细胞凋亡．
英文摘要：
Effect of SO2 on guard cell death in Vicia faba was investigated. The results showed that SO2 caused cell death at the concentrations from 1 to 4 mmol/L after 3 h exposure. Stained with PI and Schiff＇ s reagent respectively,the typical features of apoptosis were observed in dead cells,such as nuclear condensation,fragmentation and apoptosis bodies. The results indicate that SO2 exposure can induce apoptosis in Vicia faba guard cells.
