以无刷直流电机(BLDCM)四象限运行特性为基础,驱动轮电机驱动转矩和回馈制动转矩均采用基于离散滑模转矩观测的直接转矩控制(DTC),驱动和回馈制动切换简单方便,同时提高电池利用率和车辆制动性能。搭建基于DTC的车辆驱动轮仿真模型和实验台架,结果表明该控制策略满足回馈制动要求,验证了方案的可行性。
Based on the four quadrant operating characteristics of the brushless direct current motor (BLDCM),this paper uses the direct torque control (DTC) based on estimated torque with discrete sliding mode to control the motor forward driving and the regenerative braking.The advantages of this strategy are that switching between the driving and regenerative braking is more simple and convenient, and the utilization rate of the battery and the braking performance of the vehicle can be improved.The simulation model and experimental platform of a single driving wheel based on direct torque control are set up.The results show that the control strategy can satisfy the requirements of regenerative braking and its feasibility is proved.
