位置传感器是永磁无刷直流电机(BLDCM)的关键部件,其作用是检测转子位置提供换相信号。转子位置检测电路确定的换相时刻直接影响电机运行。分析常见转子位置检测电路,针对滤波电容延时和开关管开、关干扰等.提出去掉滤波电容、采用软件滤波实现转子位置检测。实验结果表明该方法可满足电机运行要求,具有可行性。
Position sensors are the key part of the permanent magnet brushless direct current motor(BLDCM), which are to detect the rotor position and provide the commutation signals.The rotor position detection circuit determines the commutation time,which directly affects the operation of the motor.Common rotor position detection circuits are analyzed.In order to deal with the delay effect of filter capacitor and the interferences of the switching on and off, software filtering is proposed to detect the rotor position while removing the filter capacitor.The experimental results show that the method can meet the requirements of the motor running, which is feasible.
