介绍了一种基于多段式Zetas的串联超级电容器(SC)均压电路。该电压均衡电路通过辅助电源提供能量,依据各单体的端电压对其补充能量,实现各单体电压均衡。与现有均压电路相比,提出的均压电路仅需一个开关管,且当其工作于电流断续模式(DCM)时即可自动完成均压,无需闭环控制,省去电压检测及控制电路,从而降低系统复杂性,提高均压电路可靠性。通过分析其工作特性,给出了均压电路的参数设计方法。实验结果与理论分析相符,证明了该均压电路的优良均压性能。
A circuit for equalizing the series connected super-capacitor stack using multistacked-Zetas converter is proposed.The presented equalizer derives energy from the auxiliary power and charges cells according to the terminal voltage of each monomer,and achieves the voltage balance of each cell.Comparing with the conventional equalization circuit, the presented cicuit requires a single switch, and can realize automatic voltage equalization when it operates at discontinuous current mode (DCM), feedback control, voltage detection and comparison are not required, thereby reducing system complexity and improving reliability of the equalization circuit.The operating characteristics of the proposed circuit are analyzed, and the circuit parameters are given.Experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis, and prove the excellent equalizing performance of the presented equalization circuit.
