以青海湖粘球藻(Gloeocapsa)作为研究材料,通过生物化学和对比分析的方法,研究外源过氧化氢(H2O2)(0.5 mmol/L)对长期增强UV-B(2.4 W/m2)胁迫下蓝藻UV-B屏障物质的影响。结果显示,外源过氧化氢对藻体内的UV-B屏蔽物质叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素、伪枝藻素、藻胆蛋白以及MAAs等的合成和积累产生负效应,进一步加剧了UV-B对藻体的损害,同时也表明H2O2能够作为信号分子在蓝藻对逆境胁迫的适应过程中发挥作用。
Through Biochemistry methods and comparative analysis,Goeocapsa from Qinghai Lake was investigated to study the effect of exogenous hydrogen peroxide(H 2 O 2,0.5 mmol/L)on shielding coloring matter of Cyanobacteria exposed to enhanced UV-B stress(2.4 W/m 2).The results showed that H 2 O 2 present negative effect on the synthesis and accumulation of chlorophyll a,carotinoid,scytonemin,phycobfliproreins and mycosporine-like amino acids(MAAs).H 2 O 2 could aggravate the damage on algae under UV-B stress.It indicated that as a signal molecule,H 2 O 2 might play a role in the process of algae to adapt to adversity stress.
