By introducing some parameters： λ1 ,λ2 ,a,b,c , and using the way of weight function and the method of real analysis, a new Hilbert-type integral inequality with multi-parameters is given. The equiva- lent form is considered and their constant factors are proved being the best possible, and its application is discussed.
