目的:探讨全氟萘烷在23 G玻璃体切除术(PPV )中辅助内界膜剥离治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法回顾性分析12例(12只眼)23 G PPV术中应用全氟萘烷的黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离患者的临床资料。术中采用全氟萘烷辅助内界膜剥离、气液交换以及惰性气体或硅油眼内填充。结果12只眼手术顺利。术后随访6个月,11只眼视网膜复位,10只眼黄斑裂孔闭合。术后全氟萘烷残留1只眼,随访期间角膜、前房及视网膜均未见功能及结构改变。结论在黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离行23 G PPV治疗中,全氟萘烷可安全、有效地辅助视网膜内界膜的剥离。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of perfluorodecalin assisting internal limiting membrane peeling for retinal detachment caused by macular hole in 23 G pars plana vitrectormy (PPV) .Methods The data of 12 patients(12 eyes) with retinal detachment caused by macular hole undergoing PPV were retrospectively analyzed .Perfluorodecalin assisting internal limiting membrane peeling ,fluid-air exchange ,and inert gas or silicone oil tamponades were involved in 23 G PPV .Results The operations were successfully performed in all cases .The 12 eyes were followed up for 6 months . Retinal attachment was achieved in 11 eyes .Macular hole disappeared in 10 eyes .Residue of perfluorodecalin was found in 1 eye .No functional and morphological changes of cornea ,anterior chamber and retina appeared .Conclusion Perfluorodecalin is able to safely and effectively assist internal limiting membrane peeling for retinal detachment caused by macular hole in 23 G PPV .
