Corresponding author. Yong Zhang was born in 1977. He received the B.S. degree in mathematics from Xuzhou Normal University, Xuzhou, China, in 2001. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Control Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include networked and control system, time-delay systems, control system faultdiagnosis. He is working with the Department of Control Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, where he is a professor, the director of the Institute of Control Theory, and the associate director of the Centerfor Nonlinear and Complex Systems. His current research interests include networked control system, control system fault diagnosis, robust and fault-tolerant control and swarm systems.
