团队的结构是复杂研发项目规划的重要约束条件,合适的流程对指导此类项目的规划决策起着重要作用。文中在分析典型分布式研发团队结构特点和运行方式的基础上,根据协同设计的要求、现有项目规划方法的思路和典型研发团队的结构特点,构造总体上包括“项目分解”和“任务分配”两大步的项目规划流程。“项目分解”提出系统化的方法,把复杂的机电产品研发项目分解成可管理任务子群;“任务分配”则根据典型分布式团队中子团队的结构特点,以分配结构的整体优化为目标,提出相应的决策思路,把任务子群分配给子团队。
The structure of team is the important constraint condition for the programming of complex development project; the appropriate flow process played an important effect on the guidance of programming and decision-making of this kind of project. On the basis of analyzing the structural specialty and the operative mode of typical distribution typed development team, according to the requirement of cooperated design and the train of thought of programming method of existed projects and the structural specialty of typical development team, this paper constructed the flow process of project programming that includes two big steps of "project decomposition" and "task distribution" as a whole. The "project decomposition" put forward the systemization method that made the development project of complex electro-mechanical products be decomposed to the subgroups of manageable task. On the basis of the structural specialty of sub-team in the typical distribution typed teams, and taking the integrated optimization of the distribution structure as the target, "task distribution" put forward corresponding train of thought for decision-making and let the task sub-groups be distributed to the sub-teams.
