为了探讨水果机械损伤与其干燥的关联变化影响,开发了微波干燥试验数据在线采集处理系统。系统由传感器、仪表、计算机和软件系统组成。软件系统采用VB与Matlab混合编程,并利用DLL动态链接库方法实现在VB中调用Matlab。该系统可以实时采集干燥室内的温度、物料的质量,并可对采集的数据实时处理、生成图形曲线,以实现干燥过程的动态监测。
In order to explore the associated influence of fruit's mechanical damage and drying,a microwave drying experimental data's online collecting and processing system has been developed.The system make up of sensors,instruments,computers and software system.Matlab can be called in VB by using DLL dynamic link library while they are used to mix-program in the software system.The system can collect the temperature and the quality of materials real-time in the drying indoor,and process them real-time to generate the graph.With this system,the dynamic monitor to the drying process can be achieved.
