从黑核桃茎分离得到一株真菌,编号为HJ1.对其进行生物学观察,初步鉴定为无孢科小核属。将此菌株进行液体发酵,研究其发酵液萃取物的抑菌活性。结果表明:①发酵液的萃取物对10种病原真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。各萃取相粗提物浓度为40mg·mL^-1时,乙酸乙酯萃取物的抑制效果最好。②不同浓度的乙酸乙酯萃取物对同一种病原真菌表现出不同的抑制效果。③乙酸乙酯萃取物对不同病原菌的抑制效果也存在显著差异。④乙酸乙酯萃取物对4种细菌的抑菌试验表明,其对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制效果最好。
A fungus separated from black walnut stem has been numbered HJ1. Through biological observation, the HJ1 has been identified as Sclerotium Tode ex Fr.. To study the antimicrobial activity of the fermentation products and its extracts, the fungus was fermented in liquid PDA. The results showed that: ①The extracts of fermentation all have different range activity to 10 kinds pathogenic fungi. The inhabitation of acetyl acetate extract is best when the concentration is 40 mg · mL^-1. ② The inhabiting rate of the different concentrations from acetyl acetate's extraction has been obvious difference to the same pathogenic fungus. ③The inhabiting rate of the acetyl acetate's extraction on pathogenic fungus of 10 plants have been obvious difference. ④The extract of acetyl acetate have been studied on inhabited effect of 4 species bacteria.Bacillus subtilis is sensitive to drugs.
