为揭示核桃青皮活性物质抗烟草花叶病毒的作用机制,本研究以青皮中抗病毒活性物质P4—2为供试药剂,以普通烟K326(Nicotiana tabacumvar.K326)为研究对象,测定了烟草中与抗病毒性相关的部分生理生化指标,结果表明:经活性物质P4-2。预防和治疗处理的普通烟,体内的叶绿素含量及类黄酮含量增加,多酚氧化酶(PPO)和超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性提高。说明核桃青皮活性物质诱导烟草产生了抗病性,增强了烟草抗TMV侵染的能力。
To reveal the mechanism of Anti-tobacco mosaic virus by active component P4-2 from green walnut fruit peel, some physiological and biochemical indices in tobacco were measured. The results showed that both the preventive and therapy treatments could increase the contents of chlorophylla and flavonoids, the activity of PPO and SOD also increased. In conclusion, the active component of walnut peel could strengthen antiviral capability of tobacco to TMV.
