针对传统方法基于经验、没有考虑拆卸效率等问题,提出一种新的基于零件故障率和拆卸时间的产品拆卸性定量分析与评估方法。基于图论思想和面向对象技术,建立产品拆卸约束图信息模型,实现拆卸信息建模;根据最优拆卸序列和零件拆卸操作过程仿真,提出基于模特法的产品零件基本拆卸时间的确定方法;引入零件故障率权重,将基本拆卸时间转换为相对拆卸时间,建立基于零件故障率和拆卸时间的产品拆卸效率综合评价模型,实现产品拆卸性的定量分析与评估。结合实例说明了产品拆卸效率的计算方法以及基于产品拆卸效率的拆卸性定量评估方法和步骤。实例表明,该评估方法合理、可行,能有效地指导设计者优化产品拆卸性设计,具有良好的工程应用价值。
In view of the fact that product disassembly efficiency is not taken into consideration in the traditional method based on experts' experience,a new quantitative evaluation method of product disassembly is herein presented based on parts failure rate and its disassembly time.Product information model with respect to its disassembly constraint graph is established on the basis of graph theory thought and object-oriented technology.Through developing the procedures of product disassembly sequence generation and optimization,parts disassembly process is simulated and a method of determining the basic disassembly time of product parts is proposed on the basis of modular arrangement of predetermined time standard(MODAPTS).By introducing part failure rate weight,basic disassembly time is converted to relative disassembly time and a calculation model of product disassembly efficiency is established on the basis of parts failure rate and its disassembly time so that the quantitative analysis and evaluation of product disassembly is implemented.The calculation method and its evaluation steps of product disassembly efficiency are demonstrated by combining with one example.Furthermore,the example shows that this quantitative evaluation method is reasonable,feasible,and able to optimize product disassembly design,thus having good engineering application value.
