座舱设计需求定义是座舱设计流程中的重要环节,如何使座舱工效设计需求定义工作具备系统性和全面性是该环节的核心问题.提出了一种基于功能论的座舱工效设计需求定义方法,利用功能定义、功能分类、功能整合的方法对座舱人机系统功能进行分析,得到了完备的座舱人机系统功能;通过求解子功能、构建功能技术矩阵、子功能实现途径组合和选择的方法,得到了座舱人机系统功能的实现方案.给出了某型飞机座舱需求定义的应用实例,验证了该方法的可行性和优越性.
Requirements definition is an important part in the process of cockpit ergonomics design. How to make the work process of requirements definition more systematic and analy- sis of content more comprehensive are becoming core issues of this part. In this paper, a method of requirements definition for cockpit ergonomics design was proposed based on function theory. In order to obtain the complete functions of cockpit human -machine system, the methods of function definition, functional classification and integration were applied to analysis the system functions. Solving sub - function, building features technology matrix, combining and selecting the solving ways for the sub - functions were main methods to get the implementation for cockpit human -machine systems functions. In addition, a case was given to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the methods mentioned above.
