通过正交试验分析了钢渣集料粒径、油石比、填料3个因素对钢渣透水沥青混合料路用性能的影响。试验结果表明:钢渣集料粒径对马歇尔空隙率、稳定度和流值综合影响最显著,油石比次之,填料影响最小;最佳组合为钢渣集料粒径4.75~9.5mm,油石比为6.7%,填料为钢渣微粉。与相同集料粒径的石灰岩透水沥青混合料相比,钢渣透水沥青混合料具有更好的水稳定性、马歇尔稳定度、高温稳定性和更小的体积膨胀率。
The influence of particle size of steel slag, asphalt aggregate ratio, and filler on the pavement performance of permeable steel slag asphalt mixture was studied by using the orthogonal experiment method. The results showed that:the particle size of steel slag had the most significant influence on Marshall porosity,stability and flow value,followed by the asphalt aggregate ratio, and the influence of filler was the weakest. The best combinations are the particle size distribution of steel slag as 4.75-9.5 mm, the asphalt aggregate ratio as 6.7%,and the filler as steel slag powder. Compared with limestone permeable asphalt mixture of the same particle size,permeable steel slag asphalt mixture had better water stability, Marshall stability,high temperature stability and a smaller volume expansion.
