针对传统数据包络分析(DEA)模型的缺陷,提出生态-博弈交叉数据包络分析(ECO-GCDEA)模型,对低碳约束下的中国省际能源效率进行测算和排序,并将离散结果函数化进行大数据视角下的区域性分析。研究发现:中国低碳约束下的能源效率得分增长趋势不显著,其中东部地区能源效率得分较高,而西部地区能源利用效率与环境发展协调程度较差。聚类分析表明,我国低碳能源效率不存在两极分化现象,且第三梯队的改善势头强劲。
Based on the shortcomings of traditional DEA model,this paper built up the ECO-GCDEA model,which was used to calculate and sort the energy efficiency of Chinese provinces under the low carbon constraint. Result showed that,under the background of low carbon constraint,growth trend of energy efficiency was not significant,higher scores in the east and the west was low,but the clustering analysis showed that Chinese low carbon energy efficiency did not exist the phenomenon of polarization,and the improvement trend of the third echelon was obvious.
