针对目前因缺少对标定用多维力传感器动态力发生装置的研究,研究一种电磁式动态力发生装置.根据电磁场理论建立电磁激振系统数学模型,通过对非线性系统线性化处理,建立系统的状态空间数学表达式,为系统控制策略研究提供理论依据.针对电磁激振器存在动态响应速度慢、幅值衰减严重等缺点,建立电流环PI控制,实验研究表明,电流环PI控制对系统动态性能有明显改善.
Due to the lack of researck on the multi-axis farce sensor dynamic force generating device, this paper aims to study a force generating device which choose the electromagnetic deive way. The physical model of the electromagnet was employed to establish its mathematic model. By linearizing of the nonlinear system,the state space model is set up. The mathematic model provides a theoretical basis for the study of the system control strategy. Against the disadvantage of the slower the electromagnetic exciter dynamic response speed and amplitude attenuation,current loop PI control is built. Simulations and experiments show that current loop PI control has significantly improved the system's dynamic perfor mance.
