烟梗经微波辐射处理后,添加由植物性蛋白乒性杆菌(Bacillus lentus)产生的胞外β-甘露聚糖酶脱胶(多糖类),以产生的还原糖量作为脱胶指标.在反应温度45℃,加酶量350IU/g,pH值8.00,反应时间4h条件下,还原糖量达到25.29%,薄层分析脱胶产物有葡萄糖、甘露糖及低聚糖.
The peduncle of tobacco was treated with microwave radiation, then added β-marmanase to hydrolyzing the glue. The optimum reaction conditions was that the reaction temperature 45 ℃, the ratio of enzyme to substrate 350 IU/g, pH 8.00, reaction time 4 h, the content of reducing sugar could reach 25.29%. The enzymolysis product is analyzed in with layer chromatography. The result showed that the product consisted of glucose, mannose and other oligasaccharides.
