目的研究低硒条件下T-2毒素对大鼠体重、骨生长的影响,探讨低硒、T-2毒素在大骨节病发病中的作用。方法断乳SD大鼠随机分为常规组和低硒组两组饲养1个月,确定大鼠处于低硒状态后,再将大鼠随机分为六组,T-2毒素灌胃饲养1个月,每周末用自动体重称测量大鼠体重,大鼠处死后采用游标卡尺测量大鼠右胫骨长度、中段额状横径进行测量。结果低硒、T-2毒素及其联合作用对大鼠体重、骨生长增长均有影响作用,在低Se饲养干预过程中,第2周末始低硒组大鼠体重增长缓慢,与常规组相比有显著性差异(P〈0.05);T-2毒素灌胃后第2周末始,各干预组大鼠体重与常规组相比均有显著性差异(P〈0.05),尤其是低硒+高T-2组大鼠体重增长缓慢;大鼠右胫骨和中段额状横径在低硒+高T-2组增长缓慢,与常规组和低硒组比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论长期硒缺乏或硒缺乏同T-2毒素的联合作用可影响大鼠体重及骨的生长。
Objective From rat with KBD in order to investigate the effects of T-2 toxin at the low selenium conditions.Methods All SD rats were randomly divided into two groups and keeping for one month.When the low-selenium status of rats were determined,they were randomly divided into six groups,control group included.Rats'body weight was measured by automatic weighting scale,and the length of right tibia and the middle frontal diameter measured by vernier caliper.Results Low-Se,T-2 toxin and its combined effects affect the growth of body weight and bone growth.The low selenium group's weight grew slowly in the process of keeping low-Se and compared with the conventional group,there were significant difference(P0.05);compared with the conventional weight,the interventional group with low selenium or T-2 toxin were significantly different(P0.05),particularly the low-Se + high T-2 group's weight were the lowest;compared with the conventional and low-selenium group,the length of right tibia and the middle frontal diameter in low-selenium+ high T-2 group grew slowly,and there were differences(P0.05).Conclusions Long-term selenium deficiency or the combined effects of selenium deficiency and T-2 toxin can affect the growth of body weight and bone,especially the high T-2 toxin had more serious effects in the acute phase of low selenium.
