组织工程皮肤作为一种皮肤组织替代物,主要用于覆盖和修复损伤缺损的皮肤组织,以改善其形态和功能。其中,种子细胞、支架材料及细胞因子是皮肤组织工程研究的三要素。脂肪干细胞(adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)具有来源丰富、取材方便、低免疫原性、易扩增等优点,是皮肤组织工程较为理想的种子细胞。本文就ADSCs在组织工程皮肤中,包括创面修复、抑制瘢痕增生等的相关应用研究进展及前景进行综述。
As a kind of skin substitutes,tissue engineering skin is mainly used for covering and repairing damaged skin tissue to improve its morphology and function.The seed cells,scaffold and cytokine are three basic elements of skin tissue engineering.And adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) have many unique advantages,such as more rich sources,much more convenience,lower immunogenicity and easier expansion.All of these make it be one of the most ideal seed cells. In this paper,we will review the research progress of adipose-derived stem cells in tissue engineering skin.
