旋转机械测试中,振动信号通常是随机非稳态信号,必须进行振动和转速信号同步分析。而目前转速测试,硬件实现复杂,实时性差,且不易实现对多路信号同步高速处理。为此利用DSP和PXI总线设计了旋转机械振动与瞬时转速信号同步处理系统。MAX125完成数据的采样及A/D转换;TMS320VC33作为主控芯片,对转速原始信号处理得到瞬时转速,同时对振动信号重抽样,精减数据;处理后,由PXI接口传送给主机。用三缸柴油机发动机转速原始信号和一路简单的正弦信号为实例,说明了该系统的应用,并得到了比较理想的结果。
In rotary machinery test, vibration signal is stochastic and uncertain usually, so, synchronous analysis of vibration and instantaneous rotational speed in the rotary machinery is necessary. But, the hardware of present rotational speed test system is complex, real- time performance is not good, and which can not process multi - channel signal fast. So, the system of synchronous processing of vibration and transient rotational speed based on DSP and the PXI BUS was designed in this paper. MAX125 samples the analog signal and converts them to digital signal; TMS320VC33 is used as main control chip, processes the rotational speed original signal and gets transient speed, at the same time, vibration signal is resampled and data will be reduced; then, data are transmitted to PC by PXI interface. And the application of this system was illuminated by the example of original signal of transient rotational speed of three- cylinders diesel and a simple sine signal, and finally the more ideal result was got.
