针对在有线连接的条件下无法实现轮式车辆变速箱带载荷测试的问题,提出基于嵌入式和遥测技术的变速箱性能检测新方法,包括系统硬件和软件设计等。嵌入式检测系统随车采集变速箱的状态信息,经特征提取后,反映变速箱工况的特征量通过无线数传模块发送给远端的信号分析单元,信号分析单元在提取变速箱故障特征的基础上,应用模糊聚类分析方法对变速箱工作状态进行识别。该方法由于充分利用了车辆行驶时的动态载荷,使得测试的振动信息更有代表性,可以反映更多的系统特性,能够提高轮式车辆变速箱的故障定位精度。
Aimed at the problems of that it is difficult to realize wheeled vehicle gearboxes test under the conditions of load and wire connection, a new method of gearbox performances test based on built-in and remote technology was proposed. The method includes the hardware and software design of test system. Built-in test system can collect state information of gearboxes under working condition. After the information and characteristics were extracted, the characteristic parameters were transmitted to the signal analysis unit by means of wireless digital transmission modules. Then, the fuzzy clustering analysis methods were used to detect and identify the working state of gearboxes. Because this method made widely use of dynamic load, the tested vibration information has better effect on the system. The information can reflect more system characteristics, and can also improve fault position accuracy of wheeled vehicles gearboxes.
