为降低供应商选择过程中的主观偏见和不确定性,综合应用QFD、Kano模型和模糊集理论提出了一种新的供应商选择方法。应用QFD方法将需方对欲购产品的各项需求转换为可精确度量的、与该产品相联系的工程特性;通过专家打分,确定各项需求的相对权重、各工程特性间的关联强弱,以及各项需求与工程特性间的关系,并用非对称三角模糊数进行定量描述,据此计算各工程特性的权重,得到供应商选择的质量屋。然后,根据权重对全部工程特性进行排序,将排序结果区分为Kano模型中的3类需求,并用Ka-no系数表示。最后,综合工程特性值和Kano系数得到候选供应商在各特性上的表现得分,经加权求和可获取该供应商的总得分。通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性并进行了决策者的敏感性分析。
In order to reduce the subjective prejudice and uncertainty,a new supplier selection method is proposed by comprehensively using QFD,Kano model and fuzzy set theory.By means of QFD method,customers' requirements(CR) for the product are transformed into associated engineering characteristics(EC) which can be measured precisely.After all the customer requirements' weights,the correlation matrix between ECs and the relationship matrix between CRs and ECs are scored by experts and quantitatively described by non-symmetric triangular fuzzy numbers,we can compute all the ECs' weights by using them.Thus,the construction of the house of quality is completed.Hereafter,all the ECs are ranked according to their weights,and then divided into three categories proposed by Kano in which each category has a unique Kano index.Finally the total score of each supplier can be obtained by computing the weighted sum of the performance on each EC modified by Kano index.In the end,we validate the effectiveness of the proposed method by numerical example,in which the sensitivity analysis of decision maker is also done.
