通过对不同寄主或不同来源的11种29株拟青霉进行抗白色念珠菌和清除自由基的活性筛选,发现古尼拟青霉菌株RCEF0866的菌丝体乙酸乙酯提取物具有较强的抗真菌活性,在菌丝浓度为100.0 mg·mL^-1时,其提取物的抑菌圈达到(18.1±1.7)mm;菌株RCEF0866和RCEF4118的菌丝体甲醇提取物还具有较强的清除自由基活性,在菌丝浓度为5.0 mg·mL^-1时,其对0.4 mg·mL^-1的DPPH(1,1 diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl)自由基的清除率分别为82.75%和79.53%。对菌株RCEF0866菌丝体的乙酸乙酯提取物进行薄层抑菌试验发现,其抗真菌主要成分的Rf值为0.90,表明该抗真菌成分为低极性成分。二苯代苦味肼基自由基薄层试验结果表明,RCEF0866菌丝体的甲醇提取物中具清除自由基活性的成分的Rf值为0.80,表明该清除自由基成分也为低极性成分。
Screening for anti-fungal and radical scavenging activities of extracts from mycelia of 29 strains belonging to 11 species of the genus Paecilomyces revealed that strain RCEF0866 of Paecilomyces gunnni had relative strong anti-fungal activity,the strain RCEF0866 and RCEF4118 had strong radical scavenging activity.At a mycelial concentration of 100.0 mg·mL^-1the ethylacetate extract of strain RCEF0866 had(18.1±1.7) mm di-ameter of inhibition zone against Candida albicans.At mycelial concentration of 5.0 mg·mL^-1the free radical scavenging activities of methanol extracts from mycelia of RCEF0866 and RCEF4118 were 82.75% and 79.53%,respectively.Anti-fungal TLC assay showed that the Rf value of the active compound from RCEF0866 was 0.90,which means that it is a low polar compound.DPPH-TLC test showed that the Rf value of the radical scavenger from RCEF0866 was 0.80,which also means that it is a low polar compound.
