“十二五”规划重新确立了人本发展和保护环境的发展要求,同时,城市交通发展面临着严峻挑战,需要系统、全面的综合治理方案,我国城市交通规划理论需要转型。“十二五”期间我国应该建立以个人需求管理为导向、以“顺畅交通、低碳交通和幸福交通”为目标的综合城市交通体系,基于活动一移动分析法,结合行为视角对城市空间和城市交通的理解,从行为组织、个人行为规划的视角优化城市空间与交通管理。

Individual need oriented transport management with "smooth transport, low carbon transport, happy transport" visions should be established. Based on activity-mobility analysis, a behavioral oriented transportation organization and planning shall be conducted to optimize urban space and transport
