以TiC l4和正辛醇为原料,通过液相水解法制备出粒径较小、分散性较好的纳米二氧化钛粉体。利用X-射线衍射和透射电镜等检测方法对二氧化钛粒子特性的影响因素进行探讨。结果表明,随着煅烧温度的升高,纳米TiO2颗粒呈增大趋势,分散性越来越差,晶相由锐钛矿相向金红石相转变。煅烧时间对纳米TiO2的粒径大小和晶相影响较小,对纳米TiO2分散性影响较大。随着TiC l4浓度变大,TiO2粒径变小,但分散性变差。水解温度越高,纳米TiO2粒径越大,颗粒分散性越差。
Nano-titanium dioxide powder that has good dispersivity and small particle size was prepared by liquid-phase hydrolysis with the materials of titanium tetrachloride and n-octanol.The factors which influence the properties of titanium dioxide were researched by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope.The results show: when the calcination temperature rises,the nano-TiO2 particles become larger,and the dispersivity is worse;the crystal phase changes from anatase phase to rutile phase at higher temperature;the calcination time affects slightly on the nano-TiO2 particle size and the crystal phase,but it affects intensely on the dispersivity of nano-TiO2;when the titanium tetrachloride concentration increases,the nano-TiO2 particle size becomes smaller,but the dispersivity becomes worse;and when the hydrolysis temperature increases,the nano-TiO2 particle size becomes larger,and the dispersivity becomes worse.
