以化学法直接制备了MnO2负载蒙脱土复合吸附剂,采用X射线衍射和红外光谱等手段对其进行了表征,并以酸性大红3R为目标分子,进行了复合吸附剂的吸附性能实验研究,并对其吸附机理进行了讨论。结果表明,负载在蒙脱土上的MnO2为8型,且表面含有丰富的羟基(Mn-OH)。该复合吸附剂具有较快的吸附速度,吸附动力学数据很好地符合Lagergten二级速率方程,吸附模型符合Langmuir吸附等温式。常温条件下及pH为5~10范围内,MnO2负载蒙脱土用量为1.0g,酸性大红3R的浓度为40mg/L,吸附150min时,对酸性大红3R的去除率可达98.48%。
The adsorption efficiency of an aqueous solution of acid scarlet 3R using MnO2 loaded montmorillonite synthesized by chemical proeess as an adsorbent was studied. MnOx loaded montmorillonite were eharaeterized by XRD and infrared spectroscopy and the mechanism of the adsorption was discussed. The experimental results showed that the MnO2 which loaded in montmorillonite is dtype,and the MnO2 loaded montmorillonite surface is rich in hydroxyl functional groups(Mn--OH), The sorption kinetic data can be described by the Lagergren pseudosecond order rate equation well and Langmuir model can simulate the adsorption equilibrium data in the studied concentration range. When room temperature, pH is 5-10, MnO2 loaded montmorillonite dosage is 1.0g, the concentration of acid scarlet 3R GR is 40mg/L,adsorption time is 150 min, the removal rate can reach over 98.48 %.
