It is vital and emergent of mining firms to build information system in the global trend that firms are pursuing transformation and upgrading.Taking competitive advantage enhancement as apurpose,the paper analyzes interrelated mechanism of informatization and competitiveness of mining firms from digital mine,management information system and electric government administration aspects based on Porter＇logic,and paths of informatization for mining firms are discussed.
