Massive changes are happening in the mobile communication market as the coming of 3G era,the telecommunication operators and the manufacturing enterprises in domestic and abroad are pushing the transformation of business model in telecom cooperate actively.Based on the review and discussion of the development of Chinese communication industry in the past 30 years,this paper summarizes the research,puts forward a whole integrate design for communication industry value chain change.
