用直流等离子体喷射化学气相沉积法制备掺硼金刚石(BDD)薄膜,通过扫描电子显微镜表征薄膜的表面形貌。对比维生素B12、氨基黑10B和亚甲基蓝三种物质修饰BDD电极,选择电催化氧化能力最强的氨基黑10B修饰的BDD电极作为检测电极,其氧化峰电流与维生素B6浓度的对数在1.0×10-10~1.0×10^-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,且检测限为1.0×10^-11mol/L。该修饰电极可用于片剂中维生素B6含量的检测。
Boron-doped diamond(BDD) thin film was made in hydrogen-argon carbon source by direct current plasma jet chemical vapor deposition method,and surface morphology of thin film were analyzed by scanning electron microscope.By comparing three modified BDD electrodes with the vitamin B12,amido black 10B and methylene blue,the black 10B amino modified BDD electrode which has the strongest electric catalytic oxidation capacity is selected as the detection electrode;In the concentration of 1.0 × 10^-10-1.0 × 10^-4mol/L range,the logarithm of concentration of Vitamin B6has a linear relation with the oxidation peak current,and the detection limit is 1.0 ×10^-11mol/L.The modified electrode can be used for the detection of Vitamin B6.
