胰岛素的分泌及其分泌的调控是维持机体内葡萄糖平衡的重要机制,胰岛素分泌量的不足会导致非胰岛素依赖的糖尿病的发生。胰岛素包裹在致密核心大囊泡中,胰腺β细胞通过调控致密核心大囊泡的胞吐过程来调节胰岛素的分泌。胞内Ca^2+浓度是影响胰岛素分泌的重要因素。胰腺β细胞主要通过质膜上的ATP敏感的钾通道、钙通道和胞内钙库的活动改变胞内Ca^2+浓度,从而调控β细胞胰岛素的分泌活动。
The mechanism of insulin secretion is important in glucose metabolism. The deficiency of insulin secretion from pancreatic βcells will result in non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus. In the pancreatic βcells, the insulin secretion is regulated by calcium-dependent regulative exocytosis of large dense-cored vesicles. Intracellular Ca^2+ plays an important role in regulating insulin-containing granules.The pancreatic βcells could change concentration of intracellular Ca^2+ by membrane KATP channels, Ca^2+ channels and intracellular Ca^2+ pools, which regulates insulin secretion in pancreatic βcells.
