服务型制造是制造与服务相融合的新产业形态，是一种新的先进制造模式。在系统阐述服务型制造的起源及特征的基础上，通过分析上海电气向服务型制造转型的典型案例，总结提出了上海电气实施服务型制造的两种模式：基于共生的服务模式和基于内生的服务模式。基于此，提出了实施服务型制造可能面临的关键问题，为中国制造企业向服务型制造转型提供了可靠的经验和真实依据。
英文摘要：
Service oriented manufacturing, as a new type of industry model which is combination by service and manufacturing is a new manufacturing model. Based on the theoretical analysis of origination and characteristics systematically, we analyze the service oriented manufacturing transition of Shanghai Electric Group and put forward two models of service oriented manufacturing： mutuality symbiosis model and endogenous extension model. Through comprehensive analysis of the practical application of a service oriented manufacturing strategy in Shanghai Electric Group,a number of key issues which should be researched at current stage are proposed,which provides a reliable basis and reference for the transformation of manufacturers towards the service oriented manufacturing.
