利用氯离子选择性电极法测定了氯离子含量,采用静态溶出方法研究氯离子在砂浆中的溶出行为,探讨了水胶比、矿物掺合料、养护龄期和扩散深度对氯离子在砂浆中的溶出影响。结果表明:在静态溶出过程中存在着固化氯离子再溶出形成可溶性氯离子的现象,且可溶性氯离子含量与溶出平衡时的氯离子含量呈正相关;水胶比越小,养护龄期越长,氯离子溶出量越低,达到溶出平衡时的氯离子含量也越低;矿物掺合料的添加及复合能有效降低溶出平衡时的氯离子含量;扩散深度对氯离子溶出平衡时的含量几乎没有影响。
The behavior of chloride ions in the process of dissolution of mortar was determined by repeated static dissolution method and chloride ion selective electrode method.The influences of water cement ratio, mineral admixtures, curing age and diffusion depth on the dissolution behavior of chloride ions were discussed.The results showed that the binding chloride ion of mortar dissolved to form the soluble chloride ion in the process of static dissolution, and soluble chloride ion content was positively correlated with chloride ion content of the dissolution equilibrium; the dissolved chloride ion content and the dissolution equilibrium chloride ion content reduce with the re- duction of water cement ratio and the increase of the curing age; the dissolution equilibrium chloride ion content reduce with the addition of mineral admixtures ;the diffusion depth almost has no effect on the dissolution equilibrium chloride ion content.
