以复杂网络为背景,研究在网络动态变化下的知识转移博弈行为.构建了基于复杂网络的知识元进化博弈模型,对整个博弈进化过程进行仿真模拟,并求出了稳定进化策略.研究发现,初始博弈策略的选择对知识转移网络的产生具有重要影响.随着知识元"转移"策略博弈方比例的升高,网络连接数增多,均衡状态实现得越快.研究为知识管理实践者主动构建知识转移网络提供了理论依据.
Based on the complex network, it studies the knowledge-meta game behavior in the network dynamic state. It sets up the network knowledge transfer evolution game model, simulates the whole process of evolution game, and gets the stable evolution strategy. The research result finds that the beginning choice of the strategy has an important impact on the generation of knowledge transfer network. The more the game partners choosing the strategy of "transfer", the more the network link, and the quicker the balanced state realizes. It also puts forward some advices to promote the behavior of knowledge transfer.
