城市是人类文明的聚集,是人类社会发展到一定阶段后由于生产力水平的提高而出现的。当城市的规模和数量逐渐增加时,便形成了城市群。目前,我国已经形成了京津冀、长三角、珠三角三大城市群,还有辽中南、武汉城市圈等次级城市群。城市群已经成为我国经济社会发展的重要增长极,但是,在城市群发展过程中,城市之间和城市群之间不可避免地会因为争夺生存空间而发生利益冲突,并通过企业、城市政府和市民之间的利益冲突表现出来。这种利益冲突必须引起足够的关注,并善加引导。

A city is a representative of human civilization.When increasing the size and number of cities,they formed a city group.At present,China has formed Jingjinji,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta city group,as well as south Liaoning, Wuhan Urban Agglomeration.City Group has become an important growth pole of China economic and social development,but in the urban agglomeration development process,there are inevitably interest conflicts between the cities and the city groups because of competition for living space.These conflicts are showed by enterprise interest conflicts,city government interest conflicts and citizen interest conflicts.Such conflicts of interest should cause enough attention and desernes appropriate guidance.
