高层建筑外保温材料火灾蔓延迅速、扑救困难,给人们生命财产安全造成了巨大的威胁。通过对有机和无机两类外墙保温材料进行不燃性试验、难燃性试验、烟密度试验、氧指数试验和可燃性试验,得出各自的燃烧性能,并结合上海静安区教师公寓、北京央视文化中心火灾等案例,提出了高层建筑外保温材料火灾的扑救措施,辅助消防部队在处置高层建筑外保温材料火灾过程中进行决策。

英文摘要:

High- rise building external thermal insulation material fires spread quickly and cause serious damages to people' s lives and properties. In this paper, two types of external wall insulation materials,organic and inorganic,are tested and series of experiments are conducted, such as flame resistance, the smoke density test, oxygen index test and tlammability test,finding out their respective combustion performances. Based on studies of several fire cases from the Teachers Apartment of Jing' an District of Shanghai, Beijing CCTV Cultural Center and so on, some fire - fighting remedies are put forward for high - rise exterior wall insulation materials, helpful to the decision - making of fire fighters in disposing fire - fighting of high- rise buildings fires.
