ESP teaching has become the center of college English teaching, and the teacher' s qualification is one of the key factors of the development of ESP teaching. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of ESP teachers' develop- ment and their roles, ESP teachers' professional development model has been explored and specific ways of achieving ESP teacher professional development have been proposed.
