风险投资对技术创新的作用研究是经济学领域关注的重点课题。然而，该领域的理论研究尚未形成完整体系和框架，特别是风险投资的技术创新效应机理研究。有关风险投资的技术创新效应实证研究结果迥异，风险投资与技术创新之间的关系值得进一步深入探索。通过对国内外研究文献进行梳理得出，虽然风险投资的技术创新效应理论和经验研究均已取得丰硕成果，但仍存在理论的系统研究不足等问题，有待于学者从多角度进行深入研究。
英文摘要：
The research on the effect of technology innovation of venture capital is the focus topic in economics. However, the theoretical research in this field has not yet formed a complete system andframework, especially the mechanism of the effect of technology innovation of venture capital. Resultsof the empirical research are different on technological innovation effect of venture capital. So the relationship between venture capital and technology innovation is worth further exploration. Through theliterature review at home and abroad, there still exist theoretical problems such as lack of system research, although the effect of technological innovation of venture capital theory and empirical studieshave been fruitful and make good preparation for future research. Therefore, it is necessary for scholarsto further study from multiple perspectives.
