倒毛鸡是贵州优质地方鸡种,以独有的倒羽毛而命名。试验采用聚合酶链反应-变形梯度凝胶电泳（PCRDGGE）技术,对40日龄倒毛鸡消化道菌群结构进行分析。结果表明：40日龄倒毛鸡消化道正常菌群为乳酸杆菌、球菌、类杆菌、真杆菌、梭菌及大肠杆菌等,其中乳酸菌分布广,而且数量众多。

Wool chicken is high quality local breeds in Guizhou,with unique feathers and naming. Test using polymerase chain reaction-deformation gradient gel electrophoresis（ PCR- DGGE） technology,about 40 days of age Wool chicken analyzed the structure of the digestive tract flora,the results showed that the wool chicken digestive tract day age 40 normal flora for lactic acid bacteria,staphylococcus aureus,bacillus,true,clostridium and escherichia coli,bacillus of lactic acid bacteria,wide distribution and large numbers.
