细胞迁移是一个多步骤协调的过程。在此过程中,细胞骨架蛋白微丝和微管的动态变化提供了细胞运动的主要动力。而迁移的过程又被多种信号分子组成的复杂的网络所调控。本文主要综述了细胞迁移中微丝和微管的变化以及调控此种变化的分子机制。
Cell migration is a highly integrated multi-step process. The assembly and disassembly of cytoskeleton especially the microtubules and actin filaments provide the driving force for cell movements. The migration process is always regulated by the signal molecules in a complicated network. This ardcle reviewed the research advance of microtubules and actin filaments in cell migration and the signal transducdon in this process.
